We keep things straightforward, build with intention, and deliver something that works from day one and holds up over time.
We started in 2017 as MFJ Creative Studios, creating websites and graphics for small businesses. As projects grew, we noticed something interesting. Many websites looked great on launch day but did very little to help businesses operate once the excitement wore off.
Customers still called for information that should have been easy to find. Staff still relied on spreadsheets, emails, and manual processes to get work done. Businesses were working around their websites instead of benefiting from them.
That realization changed our direction. We moved beyond traditional websites and began building customer portals, business applications, workflow automation tools, and digital platforms designed to solve problems, save time, and become a useful part of daily operations.
Michael started MFJ Web Development after seeing how many businesses were stuck with websites that looked fine but did not actually help them run their business. With a background in SEO, development, and systems, he focuses on making sure every project is built with structure and purpose.
He is involved from the start, working directly with clients to understand what they need and making sure the final product is something they can actually use without confusion or constant fixes.
Ubaid handles both frontend and backend development, making sure everything not only looks right but works the way it should behind the scenes. He focuses on building clean, efficient systems that can handle real use without slowing down or breaking over time.
Whether it is integrating APIs, managing data flow, or building out features, his work is centered on keeping things stable and reliable.
Mamun works across the full development stack, helping turn ideas into functional systems that are easy to use and maintain.
He focuses on performance, structure, and making sure features are built in a way that makes sense for long term use. From user interfaces to backend logic, his goal is to keep everything straightforward and working without unnecessary complexity.
Akram focuses on how websites are structured and understood by search engines, not just surface level SEO changes. He works on improving page structure, content alignment, and technical setup so sites can be properly indexed and ranked.
His approach is centered on fixing what is holding a site back rather than relying on shortcuts or temporary boosts.
From customer portals to custom business software, we build MVPs people actually use.
